Activating potential and resources that people are not currently using is one of my great passions. As a coach and trainer, I consistently work in a goal and solution-oriented way, keeping a clear eye on essentials and what it is really about – in German, English and French. Within a framework of trust, I help to steer difficult issues with the necessary depth and ease, as well. I follow the process in a flexible manner so that everything that is important can be seen. That’s how sustainable changes can succeed. For me, respect, transparency and a dollop of humour provide the basis for a good working relationship.
