Mediation and Moderation
Interpersonal dynamics, hidden conflicts, personal sensitivities or unspoken needs can put the brakes on a successful working relationship. In such cases, our expert coaches provide moderation in a conflict situation or support in finding a decision – in team processes, as well. As methods, mediation is used in regard to conflict situations and moderation for reaching decisions and team processes. Our long-standing experience tells us very quickly which custom-fit solution is needed in this situation.
As experienced mediators and moderators, we support the parties by helping them to develop solutions, by themselves, to problems in the process, which are accepted by all parties involved. We provide the appropriate framework and a trustworthy basis in the working relationship, in which critical topics are addressed and expressed. By means of open, personal feedback, the participants develop a connection to each other which creates understanding and transparency so that differences and strengths can be constructively used in the process. The participants take on responsibility for themselves and their situation, in which they, themselves, develop a common solution and/or commitment, which is supported holistically by everyone in the system.
