As a coach and trainer, I’ve been advising and coaching companies in the field of Human Resources for many years. My experience from real-life situations in day-to-day company life and various negotiation situations nationally and internationally provide a good platform for reflection in practice for my clients. I enjoy being a sparring partner at eye-level. For me, coaching begins with a clear target, mutual trust in the coaching process and the collaborative finding of answers to questions or challenges.
