For many years as a coach or trainer, I have been purposefully using my own experience and expertise to support leaders and project managers to communicate suitably in multi-cultural environments and to steer projects successfully. From my long-standing leadership position in an international company, I am, personally, quite familiar with a myriad of ways to formulate questions in change processes. I support people in finding concrete and individual solutions in a short time.
