My coaching work is resource, goal and action-oriented. I view my role as a coach as supporting people to reflect on their own values, to awaken hidden potential, to try out new directions and to replace old, hindering attitudes with helpful ones. I enjoy working in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way with coachees and clients in analysing and solving their difficult, work-related and private matters.
